Password: 11231 Join yoga teacher Beth Kaplan for 60 minutes of gentle movement and breathing exercises to release muscle tension and increase range of motion. Slow mindful yoga reduces stress and complements treatments such as physical therapy, psychotherapy and pain management by strengthening the mind-body connection. No experience necessary, all are welcome. Students can participate while standing or seated. Please have a sturdy chair handy.
