No drumming experience is necessary to join the fun at the Village's upcoming drumming circle program at Adas Israel! Drumming brings people together to have some fun while also providing physical exercise and mental stimulation. Drumming helps reduce stress and improve motor skills. 

Katy Gaughan is a professional drum circle facilitator, certified Village Music Circles Global trainer, percussionist, retreat leader and event organizer whose mission is to bring people together to experience the healing power of drumming and rhythm.
