Join us for a special docent-led tour of Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library. The tour will feature:
  • First Floor – Overview of the architecture of the building, Art on vestibule glass by Nekisha Durett, The King mural by artist Don Miller, New Books, Marianne’s Café
  • Second Floor – Adult Learning Department, Center for Accessibility, Children’s Room, Passport Office, Community Services, Alma Thomas Teen Space and Computer Lab
  • Third Floor – Grand Reading Room, Living Room and Reading Room West
  • Fourth Floor – The People’s Archive, “Up From the People” Exhibit and Conference Center
  • Fifth Floor – Auditorium, Event Space and Rooftop Reading Terrace
  • A-Level - The Fabrication Lab, Creative Lab Computers and Memory/Studo Lab
