Have you visited our neighborhood gem, Tregaron? Learn about its storied history, as well as Tregaron Conservancy’s 19+ years of work to rehabilitate the landscape and steward it into the future. Lynn Parseghian has served as Executive Director of Tregaron Conservancy since 2015. Previously, she practiced law in Washington in areas ranging from antitrust to the environment. Lynn served as outside counsel to the Corcoran Gallery of Art and has held leadership roles in DC’s nonprofit and philanthropic communities with organizations including Adventure Theatre, Cultural Tourism DC, and Maret School. She currently serves on the Board of Washington Performing Arts. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.
Tamara Belt is an award-winning landscape designer and owner of Hawthorne Garden Design. She is chair of the Tregaron Conservancy Landscape Committee and for almost twenty years has helped rehabilitate the Conservancy landscape based on careful study of its historic plans and ecology. Previously she worked on biodiversity conservation and forestry projects at the World Bank. She holds a PhD from the London School of Economics.
