The Village is holding an outdoor vaccine clinic on October 18 from 12:30 - 2:30 pm. The clinic will be held outside the front entrance of The Broadmoor, and will move inside in the event of inclement weather. Participants who fill out a brief survey at the clinic will receive a $10 gift card to one of our local businesses (Baked By Yael, Saku Saku, etc.) The following vaccines will be available:

Regular Flu, High-dose Flu, RSV, and pneumonia vaccines will be given by Giant Pharmacy, along with the new COVID booster. Please use the comment field to indicate which vaccine(s) you would like to receive and indicate your preferred time slot. 

To help ensure smooth operations on the day of the clinic, we will email you with your appointment time and a vaccine consent form from Giant Pharmacy. You are asked to print, complete the form, and bring it with you to your appointment along with your photo ID and Medicare/Insurance card.
