The 'Road to Recovery'  is a webinar that covers the steps involved in preparing for elective surgery (hip or knee replacement, etc.).  We will go through the path from pre-op - hospitalization - post op -rehab - home care, etc.   The webinar will also discuss what to expect if you wind up in the emergency department after an accident.  Whether it's a planned visit to the hospital or an unfortunate emergency, being prepared is essential.  Join us!

Our speaker will be Jennifer Brown. Jennifer is the Community Relations Manager for Seabury Resources for Aging – Seabury Care Management   She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Guidance and Psychological Services.  Prior to joining Seabury, Jennifer served as the Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications at Forest Hills of DC-Forest Side Memory and in a similar capacity at the Fountains at Washington House in Alexandria, VA.  She also worked for a skilled home healthcare provider, Medical Services of America and a specialized physical therapy technology company, EMPI, inc.
