Please join us at the home of Village member and volunteer Mimi cutler for a live cooking demonstration of how to make paella by the Village’s very own Executive Director, Frank Finamore. Then, relax and enjoy great company while dining on the classic Spanish dish compliments of Mimi. Space is limited to 9 members, others may join if space allows. Exact address will be provided upon registration.
Paella (which translates to “frying pan” in Valencian-Catalan) is a rice dish originally from Valencia, the third largest city in Spain. It typically consists of rice, saffron, chicken, seafood, etc., cooked and served in a large shallow pan.
Attendees must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with one booster.
